 Tube reclaiming  

Flood Automation has developed a technologically advanced, patent pending machine that enables tube and cartridge manufacturers to re-use the reject tubes.  The printing processes, whether offset or screen, produce a percentage of print scrap in normal production. Therefore, this machine was designed and tested to significantly reduce this problem.

Imagine reducing scrap rates from 3-4% to 0.01%. This can be a reality with this process.  

With the rising cost of resins, this process converts what was once rejected into a usable product. Whether it is a squeeze-to or a 900ML caulk cartridge, this design can be adapted to process the varying volumes and sizes to meet manufacturing needs. 

After the print is removed, the tubes can be printed, labeled, or ground and metered into system for molding or extruding.
